The Canadian Association of Gastroenterology Interactive Lecture Series (http://cdpharmaweb.com/cag/home.htm) provides access to many presentations given by experts in gastroenterology, that may be downloaded and viewed using the "CAG Interactive Lecture Series CD-ROM". We have found that without this CD-ROM, if one downloads and installs the presentations as recommended/instructed at the CAG website, the presentation images can still be viewed. After downloading and installing the .exe file(s) look for a folder called "C:\Program Files\cdweb" on your hard drive. The presentation images can be found within this folder and its sub-folders. Note that the presentations available for download are quite large (often greater than 6 MB) requiring long download times if using a standard modem.
